Cost of Ownership

Having made the purchase you have not committed the company to any further expenditure.  The application is yours and there are no annual fees.  Should you wish at some stage to make changes to the way in which your business operates, then in your timeframe and your budget you are able to have the system changed to meet your needs.  Ongoing support is always available and is charged for only when it is used.

Alternative suppliers will require a commitment from you to spend an annual sum of money, typically 20% of the purchase price, which provides you with varying degrees of support and provision of upgrades to their software.  These upgrades may or may not have any relevance to your business, even though you have made the commitment to the expenditure.
